If you are not near one of our repair centers you can ship your system to us for repair.
Here is how it works.
1. Fill out and Print this form (Repair Form.DOC) or (Repair Form.JPG) - We need this information to ship the system back to you and to talk to you about the estimate for repair. Don't worry, we only use the information for this transaction, we don't sell or give the information away and we shred it once we ship the item back to you. ( We don't like sales people either )
2. Pack your system and form and mail it to us.- Package your system carefully to avoid damage. Do NOT send any cords, controllers, games, memory cards, and if you are sending an Xbox 360 please remove the hard drive if you have one. Do not send the original box for you system, we use brand new shipping boxes to return the systems to you and your old shipping materials will be disposed of. It is also a good idea to get tracking and insurance for your package but that is your choice.

3. We call you with an estimate for the repair - Once we have your system we will test it and determine the problem and call you with the final repair price.
4. You send us payment for the repair. - We accept paypal or credit card for our repairs.
5. We repair your system and we ship it back to you. - Once payment is made we usually repair and ship your unit within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the repair cost? Most repairs are listed on the website. Once we have your system and can test it then we will be able to give you a repair price at that point you can let us know if you want the repair or not. Shipping charges for PSP and IPODS are aprx $8-13 for most US locations. Shipping charges are aprx $18-25 for most US locations for xbox 360's, xbox, ps2, wii and ps3's.
Should I send power cords, A/V cables, controllers, etc?
You only need to send the console. Please do not include any accessories, such as controllers or cables. Also be sure to remove you hard drive from your xbox 360 and take any games or memory cards out of the system.
What is your turnaround time? Once we receive your system and get your approval, it can take up to a week.
Will I lose all my game saves, mp3's and other data?
Unless your problem is hard drive related, all of your game saves, mp3's and other data will be safe and untouched.
My system has already been opened. Will you still fix it?
Yes, we will still be able to fix it.
